NBHRF Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Policy

The New Brunswick Health Research Foundation adopts the Government of New Brunswick’s Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act with respect to the rights of privacy protection for the use and disclosure of personal information. The following is to ensure that all Applicants are aware and consent to the intended use and disclosure of the information provided to NBHRF under the Funding Programs  applications.  The Applicants are to ensure that all information obtained from third parties included in their submitted application(s) is in compliance with the Government of New Brunswick’s Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (S.N.B. 2009, c. R-10.6).

Furthermore;
Applicants, team members, supervisors and any other persons involved in the Grant Application consent to the use and disclosure of information contained in the Application, including personal information and funding decisions for the purpose of:

Review by the NBHRF staff, peer review committee members, funding partners, potential funding partners and the publication of awards granted.
