Health System Impact Fellowships (for doctoral trainees and post-doctoral fellows) – Profiles of Host Partner Organizations
To encourage experiential learning as a core element of Health Services and Policy Research (HSPR) training, CIHR and the Canadian Health Services and Policy Research Alliance (CHSPRA) have implemented Health System Impact Fellowship awards to support multi-year experiential learning opportunities, professional development training, and national cohort participation for highly qualified individuals with a doctorate degree in HSPR (launched January 2017). The New Brunswick Health Research Foundation (NBHRF) will support awards (as long as funds permit) for successful applicants working with host partner organizations in New Brunswick and that have an academic supervisor at a New Brunswick academic institution. The NBHRF will commit the full 30% partner contribution for doctoral trainees and post-doctoral fellows working with public and not-for-profit organizations and half of the 30% partner contribution for doctoral trainees and post-doctoral fellows working with private sector organizations. For information on this program visit CIHR's website: http://www.cihr-irsc.gc.ca/e/50612.html
Grant Recipients are required to submit a Final Report within 90 days of the project end date by completing the NBHRF final report form found by logging into your NBHRF account.
If the project has been funded by a national agency, a copy of the agency's final report must also be included with the final report submission. Also please submit the financial statement for this account from your institution’s financial services department. It must be uploaded as an attachment using the “Browse” button on the form.
